Our Mission: To support our clients during their fitness journey, allowing them to engage with the amazing outdoors through fitness classes that take advantage of the natural terrain.
Our small boutique studio helps to keep classes safe, comfortable, effective, and enjoyable by providing small class settings. In the summer months you can find us paddling boarding the greatest lake, and doing TRX on the beach. During winter, you’ll find us surfing in the studio and we hope you’ll join us!
